Our Vision

We believe students' success depends on teachers having access to relevant and innovative print and electronic resources. Our goal is to have outstanding teachers create these resources so we can deliver them cost effectively.

We believe in nothing but the best for teachers and students.

What We Do

Edvantage Press creates exceptional, cost-effective educational materials that work. To create these materials, we build on our extensive print and online experience and our understanding of the complexities faced by the teacher in the classroom.

Combined with this vision of creating what works for teachers is our belief that professional development is a key aspect of every teacher's practice. We provide in-service for teachers that is designed and presented by teachers.

Who We Are

The Edvantage Press team combines experience in teaching, publishing and technology integration with innovation and creativity. We are dedicated to helping students and teachers succeed by providing them with resources and support with a fresh approach.

Two members of our team, Lionel Sandner and Joe Martha, have received the Prime Minister's Award for Teaching Excellence. Everyone on our team has many years of experience in education, education publishing, or both. We draw on our expertise in teaching, providing professional development, participating in curriculum formulation and implementation, developing assessment materials, and writing and editing to design and deliver the best resources where and when they are needed.
