Didn't have time to register? No problem: just visit this page at the time of the webinar and join the "Interactive Chat" (step 3 below), introduce yourself and ask for the webinar codes - the presenter will provide them for you.

Webinar Participation - an Easy 3-Step Process!

NOTE: If you are a "last minute" participant who has not registered, please start with step 3 - click the "CHAT NOW" link to obtain the 4-digit webinar key code, then go back to step 1.
1. Joining the Webinar
|
When it is time for the webinar to begin, check your registration email for a 4-digit key code. Enter the key code in the box to the right, and click "Glance".
A window will open on your desktop that will allow you to see the presenter's screen. Watch and enjoy the conference!
Any time prior to the conference, it's a good idea to click the "Can You Glance?" link to test if your computer has the proper Java components installed and enabled to allow you to watch the conference.

2. Webinar Audio

If you wish to hear the presenter's voice during the webinar, please call our toll-free teleconference phone number to the right.
When prompted, enter the participant access code that was included in your registration email.

3. Interactive Chat
|
If you would like send text messages to members of the webinar, you can take part in the interactive chat. To open the Edvantage Press chat window, click the "CHAT NOW" link to the right.
When the window opens, enter your full name in the "Username" field, then click "Login". Leave the password field blank.

Troubleshooting
Having problems joining the webinar? Please try the following suggestions.
The technology used to share the presenter's screen and chat interactively is Java-based. You must have Java installed on your computer and enabled in your browser. To download Java, click the Java logo to the right.
To enable Java in your browser, please follow the instructions at this page.
Is your Java working? You can test it at this page. If it is working, you should see a cute dancing character!

The presenter's screen and chat will appear in new windows in your browser. If you are blocking pop-up windows, your browser may not display the presenter's screen or chat windows. To enable pop-up windows in your browser, please visit this page if you are using Firefox, or visit this page if you are using other browsers or pop-up blockers.
